The Right Card for Shane

The mail man just came. Shane could hear the mail truck driving away. He walked out to the mail box, and collected his mail. Most of the mail was junk mail! There were a few from credit card companies informing him he was pre-approved for their cards. He did want to apply for a credit card, but was undecided which card suited his needs the most. He had some cards before, but he felt he was paying too much interest for those cards. He finally decided to cancel all his cards, and start afresh.

Shane came into house with the mail. His wife asked him what kind of mail they got. He tossed the mail on the couch and said, "A bunch of junk mail!"

Shane's wife looked through the mail, and said, "You are pre-approved for these credit cards!"

"I know, but I can't decide which is the best for me!" Shane replied without much enthusiasm.

"It'll be nice to be able to use a credit card once in a while, instead of having to write checks, and draw cash all the time! remarked Shane's wife.

"I just need to look over all my options. Wish I can do that all at once!" said Shane.

"Why don't you do that on line? I'm sure there's a site that offers you that option!" Shane's wife suggested.

That rang a bell in Shane's mind. Why didn't he think of that? He put the newspapers down, and walked over to the computer. He did a web search and found this amazing site which allowed one to find and compare different credit cards "side-by-side". It also included on line Credit Card Applications. Shane was able to "study" all the different cards, their features, and their interest rates. The site even gave advice on how to choose the right credit card for oneself.

Shane was so excited that he asked his wife to look at the site together with him. As they browsed the site, they talked, and discussed their needs and options. They finally decided on one particular card together.
